Introductions

The People’s Movement for African Unity and its sister organizations have received a divine mandate to build a new Africa into a political federation and with viable economy and sociocultural harmony.

Mission statement: Unite and transform Africa into world prominence using the collective energy and resources of the people without depending on the sitting governments.

Among the organizations working together to actualize this mandate tagged Project2025, the People’s Movement for African Unity is the mother body responsible for political developments of the project; the Federation of African Small-Scale Industrialists and Traders Union is the economic arm, and the Grand Assembly of Africa is responsible for sociocultural revival. While each of the sister organizations shall have their respective structures developed to suitability, the People’s Movement for African Unity is structured in a three-tier system comprising of the Headquarters, twelve regional secretariats and national chapters according to number. The Headquarters make the policies, the national chapters implement them on the grassroots levels and each regional secretariats monitor on behalf of the Headquarters the activities of the national chapters that fall under its jurisdiction.

Rules and principles of the new Africa project

1. The project is a collective responsibility for all people of African ancestry from across the world, and everyone participates, not as a representative of any government or, in the name of his/her nationality, but as an individual citizen. Although standing for the people, the project is a capital responsibility for the new generation of Africans born after the first independence in 1957.
2. The project stands as a new governmental authority introducing itself as the Federal Government of Africa with its territory in the Sub-Sahara Africa, and in its beginning, does not require the financing, policy-making, leadership or interference whatsoever of any national government.
3. The project generates its funds through public levies. Although it does not depend on sponsorships, freewill donations are happily accepted.
4. The project requires every person and every business to observe a one-hour moment of attunement between 11:45am – 12:45pm every Wednesday of the week during which all movements on the land, air and sea must be suspended. Everyone is also required to participate in public Rallies on every last Wednesday of the month in support of the project. However, appropriate time for Rallies will be determined later.
5. The project prohibits top government officials and prominent persons and organizations from making any public comment about it until at least the Federal Government of Africa is coronated. Such persons including sitting and former Presidents and deputies, Prime Ministers and deputies, Ministers and deputies, Parliamentarians, High Court judges, Military officers, Police officers, State security and Intelligence officers, Political party leaders, Labour unions, religious leaders and religious organizations, Secessionist movements, Governmental and non-governmental organizations and African diplomatic representatives working in the continent or overseas.

Compliance to these rules will be appreciated.
