Employment opportunities are introduced to acquire skills into the new Africa project, of which a first badge of eight hundred thousand (800,000) workers are required. The workers shall be distributed among (Fieldworkers) who will be dealing directly with the public; and the (Intellectual workforce) who will be responsible for management and administration. Employment application fees are introduced to discourage illegitimate and unscrupulous applicants, and to help raise funds to support the project given that it does not rely on any form of sponsorship. Employments are distributed among Home Africans, Emigrant Africans and Diaspora Africans. The Home Africans are those living within the continent irrespective of nationality, the Emigrant Africans are those who left the continent on their freewill, and finally, the Diaspora Africans are those displaced by historical circumstances, (slavery). Each of these divisions are spread among the nations of Sub-Sahara Africa as well as in the relevant Diaspora nations; and each is allocated a certain number of employment quota. The quota is not limited to the citizens of the quoted territory but to all Africans living therein. (Apply where you live, transfer arrangements are possible).
1. The legitimate applicants for employments are people of Black African ancestry, or anyone with biological affinity with the defined people irrespective of nationality. Other persons outside of this definition may be employed if the need arises, or upon special request subject to considerations.
2. Every applicant must pay the stipulated non-refundable application fee through the Electronic Money Transfer medium provided herein before his/her application will be submitted for consideration.
3. Successful applicants will be employed in stages during the development of the project. The employments will be within the three organizations responsible for the project as well as within the actual Federal Government of Africa projected to be completed by the month of March 2025, subject to swift public response to the project proposals.
4. If an applicant is not qualified for the category of work, he/she has expected, other options will be offered.
5. Applicants are required from all legitimate walks of life, and employment is guaranteed with the commencement of the project given that it is new, and with so many employment possibilities.
6. Employments will be in the offices of the organizations to be established within the territories of Sub Sahara Africa as well as those in the relevant Diaspora nations.
7. Employment age for Fieldworkers is between (22-35years old) with minimum educational qualification of Secondary School certificate, and those for Intellectual workforce is between the age of (25-55 years old) with minimum educational qualification of Diploma degrees. Other employment opportunities without age limit will follow as the project progresses. Applicants are required to simply upload their Curriculum Vitae and see where best they may be employed.
8. Every employee must fulfill a 48working days Heroes’ Volunteer Service before he/she will be integrated for salaries and benefits. The Heroes’ Volunteer Service is a commemoration of those who fought for our freedom. Dr Kwame Nkrumah was forty-eight years old when he achieved the first independence of a Black African nation. We therefore, use his age number as a standard.

Please note that the organization does not use anybody as an agent for employing its workers, and will not call or persuade you to apply for work outside of the application medium provided in our website. We also, will not ask you for money before your application will be approved. Once again, application fees are non-refundable but employment is guaranteed subject to work qualifications, and physical and mental fitness. Employment application starts immediately.
