Council of African Elders
Special Instruction
The Council of African Elders, being the indubitable custodians of the Kingdom of Kemet shall be comprised only of elderly men highly distinguished in their careers and broadly enlightened in the affairs of the world. The number of its members although not to be overcrowded shall be dependent on availability and none of them shall after resignation or dismissal be admitted into the Supreme Authority or the Administrative Authority although a highly distinguished member of the Administrative Authority may after resignation or by recommendation be admitted into it.
The Council of African Elders shall be situated at State House Lusaka, Zambia.
