Preliminary Members of the Administrative Authority
Special Instruction
The Administrative Authority, serving the federation strictly under constitutional arrangements shall be comprised of men and women knowledgeable in their areas of administrative assignments. The number of its members shall be dependent on the administrative obligations available. Although a highly distinguished member of the Administrative Authority can be admitted into the Supreme Authority or the Council of African Elders, no member of the two bodies shall be admitted into it.
The Administrative Authority shall be situated in Aso Rock Abuja, Nigeria.
